Q1:Are you a manufacturer or trade company?
A1:Both.
We are SGS approved factory with self-owned R&D center specialized in producing safe and high quality skin care products. Meanwhile, we also have branded products for distribution. We’ve been supplied products to 700+ beauty salons over 32 years. Please contact us for more information.

Q2:Do you provide free samples?

A2:Yes, we provide existing sample for free. For customized samples, please contact us for more details.

Q3:What is the capacity and advantages of your factory?
A3:
(1) We have two factories. One locates in Taichung, Taiwan. Another one locates in Guangzhou China. We can produce products in both facilities depending on clients’ demands.
(2) Capacity of Taiwan factory is 2000~5000 a day. Capacity of China factory is 18,000 pieces a day.
(3) Advantages:
- All raw materials are acquired from well-known original manufacture suppliers to insure the stability and quality of following production.
- All formulas are free of paraben, steroid, alcohol, artificial fragrance and pigment.
- Using certified natural extract and essential oil for scent.

Q4:What certification do you have?
A4:ISO 22716,Halal,GB/T 24001-2004/ISO 14001,GB/T 19001-2008/ISO 9001

Q5:What is your MOQ for private label product?
A5:For items in stock, MOQ is 50 pcs. (However, the lower quantity is, the higher averaged price goes.)
MOQ for mess production is 40/100KG which turns out 500~1300 pcs depending on bottle sizes and complexity of products.

Q6:What is our delivery time?
A6:For in stock branded items, we deliver within 3-15 working days depending on order quantity.
For private label products, lead time is 30-60 days depending on quantity.

Q7:How do I design my product?
A7:You have below options
(1) Use our standard ODM design, and we’ll put on your logo.
(2) Provide your design for bottle, outer box…etc. in AI format, and we’ll put it on the bottle for you.
(3) Appoint us to design for you. Design fee is USD165 each.

Q8:How can I lower my cost?
A8:It’s considered as customization. The price can be lowered to a reasonable range by adjusting the formula to meet your demand. Kindly let us know your budget, and we’ll assist with evaluation and suggestion.
